Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service price.

• No-shows may be charged 100% of the service price.

Refunds

• Massage services are non-refundable once rendered.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Refunds are only issued if the therapist cancels the appointment.

  Emergencies may be considered at the therapist’s discretion.
